By means of this Public Interest Litigation the petitioner, claiming himself to be a public spirited person, has challenged certain orders passed in proceedings under Section 67 and 67A of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 apart from seeking other ancillary reliefs. 3. The land in question is recorded as Banjar land. The Gaon Sabha is competent to challenge the said orders, if there is a cause and if it is aggrieved. We see no reason to entertain a Public Interest Litigation in this regard but leave it open for the petitioner to inform the Gaon Sabha or Collector concerned. 4.
