Talib Khan, Advocate holding brief of Sri Pankaj Gupta, the learned counsel for the opposite party no.5/Gaon Sabha and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest litigation the petitioner has sought a direction for removal of encroachments made on public passage bearing Gata No.607, situated in Village Besahupur (Pandit Purwa) Pargana, Tehsil & District Gonda. 3. The learned counsel for the opposite parties have stated that for removal of encroachments made on public road the petitioner can move appropriate application under Section 26 of U.P. Revenue Code before the Tehsildar concerned. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed
