This petition has been filed by the petitioner requiring the respondents to make alternative arrangement for removing water logging created by respondent no. 6 by making interruption in flowing drainage/sewage of Village Panchayat Faridpur Saifan, Pargana Bidhar, Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that respondent no. 6 has filed Writ- B No.832 of 2025, wherein an order for maintaining status-quo has been passed. 3. Seeking directions, as prayed in the petition, would essentially affect the said status quo order granted in the writ petition filed by respondent no. 6. 4.
