By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment over the public land bearing gata No.284 measuring 0.016 hectares situated at Village Matarepur Raniganj, Pargana- Hisampur, Tahsil- Kaisarganj, Bahriach. 4. On the basis of written instructions provided by Tehsildar, Keisarganj, the learned standing counsel has informed that an order under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 was passed for removal of encroachment but an application for setting aside the ex-par
