A perusal of the petition indicates that while complaints against respondent No. 7 have all been filed by one Tej Prakash Mishra and Ankush son of Rajesh, the petitioner, without disclosing his credentials and indicating his occupation in the affidavit as farmer, has filed the present petition. 3.
