The petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking impartial inquiry by independent Inquiry Officer and Technical Experts against the responsible officials of Nagar Palika Parishad, Jayas, District-Amethi. 2. Submissions have been made that various RTI activists have moved applications and have sought information reflecting corruption by respondent nos.5 to 7 and, therefore, an inquiry in this regard be conducted. 3. The petitioner has disclosed his credentials as social worker and permanent resident of Jayas and that he participates in social work and helps poor.
