This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the proposal dated 19.06.2022, whereby the land pertaining to Gata No. 867 of Gram Panchayat Bayarigaon situated in its hamlet Jhanjhana Khera was selected for construction of Sub Primary Health Centre. 2. The plea raised by the 9 petitioners is that the signature on the proposal (Annexure-1) of petitioner no. 1, an elected member of the Gram Panchayat has been forged. 3. Filing of a PIL seeking to question a proposal, by petitioner no. 1 alongwith 8 others on the ground that the signatures on the proposal are forged, cannot be countenanced.
