By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the respondents to ensure release of Gata No.298/0.6480 hectare situated at Village Surgoola, Pargana and Tehsil- Malihabad, District- Lucknow, which is recorded as Khalihan. 3. The land in question is not under any attachment from which it may be released and it appears that intent of the petitioner is to pray for removal of encroachment from the land. 4.
