Heard Sri Vivek Kumar Verma, the leaned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Rahul Shukla, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State of U.P. 2. By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioners have sought issuance of a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bakshi Ka Talab, Lucknow to remove encroachment made on temple land, which is part of abadi land bearing gata no. 363 measuring 0.9850 hectare situated at Village Parsahiya, Pargana Mahona, Tehsil Bakshi Ka Talab, District Lucknow and they have also sought a direction to the District Magistrate, Lucknow to ensure removal of encroachment made on land bearing gata no. 363. 3. There is no pleading in the entire petition that gata no. 363 belongs to the Gaon Sabha and that it is a public lan
