This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner alleging encroachment by respondent nos. 6 to 10 over the Government land. 2. Instructions have been produced by the State inter alia disputing the submissions made in the petition. Submissions have been made that though plea raised in the petition pertains to Village Daudpur, documents pertaining to Village Bilandpur have been filed. 3. In the overall circumstances of the case, wherein the petitioner is claiming encroachment over the Government land and the State is disputing the said aspect of the matter, the issues as raised, cannot be adjudicated under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 4. Consequently, the petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings
