By means of the instant public interest litigation, the petitioner has sought quashing of order dated 25.09.2025 passed by the Tehsildar, Tehsil Rudauli, District Ayodhya in Case No. 993/2022, under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. An order passed in the proceedings under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 cannot be challenged by filing a public interest litigation. 4.
