The petitioner-complainant has filed a complaint against the Gram Pradhan concerned before the District Magistrate, Gonda who has taken cognizance of the same and instituted a preliminary inquiry vide order dated 5.3.2025 which is still pending. Hence, this petition. 3. Shri Nishant Shukla, the Additional C.S.C. says that the inquiry is still pending. 4. Let the District Magistrate look into the matter so as to expedite the inquiry already ordered by him. 5. Shri Shukla shall communicate our order to the District Magistrate, Gonda for compliance. 6. The petition is disposed of accordingly. 7.
