By means of the instant petition filed in public interest, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for removal of encroachment from land bearing Gata No. 638 minjumla situated at Village Kachura, Tehsil Maholi, District Sitapur. 3. On the basis of written instructions provided by the Tehildar, Tehsil Maholi, District Sitapur the learned State Counsel has stated that there is no encroachment made by any person on the land in question.
