Heard petitioner in person, Sri Shailesh Pathak, learned counsel for opposite party no.1 and Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel for the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh. 3. During course of argument Sri Subhash Chandra Pandey, learned counsel appearing for Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh informed that nomination fees of Rs.1.25 Lakh is being charged in terms of Rule 8 of the Bar Council of U.P. Election Rules, 2024-25 as approved by the Bar Council of India which are not under challenge. On being confronted, petitioner who appears in person says that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a separate writ petition in this regard challenging the said Rule. 4. Liberty prayed for is granted as far as it ma
