Petitioner may approach the Tehsildar concerned who may get the facts verified as to whether the said order is still operative; whether any proceedings challenging the same are pending. If the order is operative and there is no legal impediment then he shall do the needful after getting the facts verified. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. 5. This order is without prejudice to the rights, if any, of the private opposite parties to take recourse to the legal remedies against the order, enforcement of which has been sought.
