By means of the instant petition filed in the nature of public interest litigation the petitioner has sought a direction to the opposite parties for removal of encroachment from land bearing Gata Nos.629 and 630, situated in Village Allaudeenpur, Pargana Aldemau, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur. 3. On the basis of written instructions, the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has informed the court that proceedings under Section 67 of U.P.
