After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner conceded that third round of counseling for UG NEET, 2025 has recently been completed and the complete data as to the application of Reservation Act, 2006 would be available only hereinafter, therefore, he may be permitted to file a fresh petition, if there is a cause, after obtaining the same. 5.
