By means of the present public interest litigation the petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties concerned to conduct a proper inquiry of the public land situated at Village Saidpur (Pasiyapara), Pargana and Tehsil- Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar and to remove illegal encroachment from the public utility land. 3.
