Instructions have been produced, inter alia, indicating that the appeal has been decided on 13.05.2025. 3. Counsel appearing for the private respondent points out that the order passed in appeal has been stayed in a writ petition filed by respondent no. 6. 4. In view of the fact that the pending appeal qua which the present petition was filed has been decided, the petition has been rendered infructuous. 5.
