Vide a Trust Deed dated 06.03.1978, Sardar Sujan Singh along with his wife [Ms. Mohinder Kaur] and sons [Mr. S. Joginder Singh Maker, Mr. S. Pritpal Singh and Mr. S. Amarjit Singh (now known as S. Ajit Singh)] and two non-family members [Mr. Raghbir Singh and Mr. Harbans Singh] settled a family Trust namely “Sujan Mohinder Charitable Trust”1. 2.
