By way of this application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 37/2024, registered at Police Station Cyber Police Dwarka, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter „IPC‟). 2.
