The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023,1 seeks quashing of FIR No. 696/2023 registered at P.S. Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi, for offences under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860,2 Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012,3 and Sections 9 and 10 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006. 2.
