The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) to take action against the illegal construction undertaken by respondent nos. 3 and 4 on the subject property, i.e., R-104, Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi-110048, on the ground floor. 2.
