Being convicted and sentenced for the offence punishable under Sections 392/394/397/34 IPC, the appellant has preferred the present appeal seeking setting aside of the judgment dated 06.06.2024 and the order on sentence dated 30.08.2024 passed by Ld. ASJ-03, South-East District, Saket Courts, Delhi.
