The present applications under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (earlier Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732), being Bail Application No. 4667/2024 filed by Paramjit Kharb and Bail Application No. 740/2025 filed by Ram Kumar Raman, arise out of FIR No. 50/2024 registered at Police Station Special Cell, New Delhi for offences under Sections 419/420/120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 18603 and Sections 66C/66D of the Information Technology Act, 20004.
