We have considered the strenuous submissions of the learned Advocates for the Petitioner and the State Board and the State. The issue addressed to us falls in a short compass. 4. The Petitioner appeared for the HSC Examination for the Academic Year 2013-2014 in February-March, 2014. He secured 45.54% marks.
