First Bail Application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, filed on behalf of the Applicant, Nayan Rasikbhai Gadhas, seeking Regular Bail in Case No. VIII/26/DZU/2024, registered under Sections 8(c), 22(c), 28 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as the “NDPS Act”) at NCB, Delhi Zonal Unit. 2.
