A further sum of Rs. 50,000 along with interest at 12% per annum, from the date of the award has been awarded. 2. The Petitioner, National Co-operative Consumers’ Federation of India Ltd. (“Federation”) has been directed to pay the amounts so awarded directly to the Income-Tax Authorities forthwith, subject to appeals filed by Mirah, with proof of payment being shown within 15 days of payment.
