This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to DDA to transfer/mutate the Registration No. 45 of New Pattern Registration Scheme of 1979 (‘1979 Scheme’) standing in the name of Lt. Shri Jagdish Chander Gambhir in favour of the Petitioner and include the name of the Petitioner in the draw of lots and consequently allot an MIG Flat as per her entitlement, calculating the cost of flat in terms of circulars/office orders dated 25.02.2005 and 06.06.2006.
