Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 B.N.S.S., 2023 and petitioner, inter alia, seeks directions in the nature of Habeas Corpus to the respondents to produce his wife Ms. Kriti Gupta before this Court. 2. As per the averments made in the petition, the petitioner and Ms. Kriti Gupta, solemnized their marriage on 15.05.2025 at Arya Samaj Mandir, Himgiri Enclave, in accordance with Hindu rites and ceremonies. The marriage was, subsequently, registered before the District Magistrate, Civil Lines, on 21.05.2025. After the marriage, the couple resided together at their matrimonial home in CC Colony, Delhi. 3. On 15.11.2025, during the petitioner’s absence, the father of Ms. Kriti Gupta allegedly took her away forcibly from the matrimonial home. Since then, the petitioner has been unable to contact or mee
