The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231, seeking enlargement of the petitioner on regular bail in connection with FIR no. 296/20232 registered at Police Station Okhla Industrial Area under Section 376AB of the Indian Penal Code, 18603, and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 20124. 2. Referring to the contents of the subject FIR which had been registered upon the complaint of the mother of the victim, the crime allegedly took place on 22.05.2023.
