The present Appeal has been filed by the Plaintiff (Appellant before this Court) assailing the correctness of the Impugned Orders (IO) dated 26.04.2024 and 09.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge [hereinafter referred to as ‘LSJ’]. 2. The LSJ vide Order dated 26.04.2024 rejected the application filed by the Plaintiff seeking a decree of an ex-parte injunction against the Defendants (Respondents before this Court) in respect of the suit properties, thereby vacating the interim order which required the parties to maintain status quo with regard to the title and possession of the said properties. Aggrieved by the same, the Plaintiff subsequently filed a Review Petition assailing the order dated 26.04.2024, which was also dismissed by the LSJ vide Order dated 09.09.2024.
