The present Appeals, filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, challenge the common judgment dated 31.03.20172 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court. 2. By the Impugned Judgment, the learned Single Judge dismissed OMP No. 11/2014 and upheld the Arbitral Award dated 26.08.20133, and further dismissed OMP No. 380/2015 while upholding the Additional Arbitral Award dated 21.01.20154. 3. Both these arbitral awards arose from claims made by the Respondents in relation to three Purchase Orders, namely, Purchase Order No. 1 dated 07.03.2000 5 , Purchase Order No. 2 dated 28.11.20006 and Purchase Order No. 3 dated 09.08.20027.
