This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2. The present petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by M/s RBC Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. through its Director- Mr. Rajiv Gupta, inter alia challenging the impugned order dated 30th May, 2024 (hereinafter, ‘impugned order’) passed by Sales Tax Officer, Class II/ AVATO, Ward 8, Zone 2, Delhi for the financial year 2019-20.
