The instant appeal under Section 37(2)(a) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter “the Act”) assails the order dated 01.08.2025 passed by the Sole Arbitrator (hereinafter “Impugned Order”), 3. The facts indicate that on 13.01.2022 the respondent issued a Standard Fire and Perils Policy bearing no. 12411458 to the appellants, whereunder, a sum of Rs. 1,61,60,00,000/- was insured (hereinafter “said Policy”).
