The present Appeal, under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 19961, has been filed to challenge the Orders dated 25.07.2024 and 31.01.20252. The Order dated 25.07.2024 was passed in OMP No. 437/2011, whereby the learned Single Judge dismissed the Petition filed by the Appellants under Section 34 of the A & C Act, assailing the Arbitral Award dated 08.03.2008 passed by the learned Arbitrator3.
