Facts lie in a very narrow compass. 3. Accused got married to Payal (deceased herein) in the year 2016. They were blessed with a daughter in the year 2017. 4. They used to reside at first floor of a house situated in Nai Basti, Anand Parbat, Delhi. It was a tenanted premises, their landlady being Smt.
