Present Letters Patent Appeal has been filed assailing the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby the writ petition bearing W.P.(C) 10737/2025 filed by the appellant seeking compensation for grievous injuries sustained due to illegal construction permitted by negligent public authorities, was disposed of without adjudication of the core relief sought for compensation. 2.
