The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - “a) issue an appropriate writ order or direction restraining Respondent No.1 from forcibly demolishing the Petitioners Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:NEETI KUMARI SHARMA W.P.(C) 7979/2010 Page 1 of 58 Signing Date:27.11.2025 12:14:00 property described as "Army Press" (Site No.1 and 2), Old Khyber Pass, Delhi, measuring 1013 sq. yds. and/or interfering in the peaceful use possession and enjoyment of the said property by the Petitioners. b) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby prohibiting the Respondent No.1 from taking any coercive action against the Petitioners described as "Army Press" (Site No.1 and 2), Old Khyber Pass, Delhi. c) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing and commanding the respondents, respondents no 3 and 4 in particular to mutate the said property in favour of the petitioners. d) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction(s)and commanding the respondents, respondent no 3 and 4 in particular to execute a leas
