Anand Kumar, Intelligence Officer (IO), Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). The information indicated that two Ugandan nationals, Jascent Nakalungi (the Applicant/accused) and Sharifah Namaganda, would be arriving at Terminal-3, IGI Airport, New Delhi, on 28.01.2021via Air Arabia Airways Flight No. G9-463, and were suspected of carrying a large quantity of narcotic drugs in their check-in baggage. 4.
