Present Appeal has been filed under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”) assailing the order dated 07.11.2024 (hereinafter referred to as “impugned order”) passed by the learned Single Judge in OMP (Comm) No.299/2024 allowing the underlying petition preferred by the respondent herein seeking correction in title of the arbitral award dated 26.02.2024 passed in Case Reference No.6275 Arb.0021/2022. 2.
