No. 80/2017 [renumbered as OMP (Comm.) No. 72/2019], and Arbtn. No. 81/2017 [renumbered as OMP (Comm.) No. 73/2019], both titled as „Standard Casting Pvt. Ltd. vs. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.’. 2. By separate Impugned Judgments, the learned District Court set aside the respective Arbitral Awards dated 16.03.2011 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator, pertaining to distinct but substantially identical contracts for the fabrication and supply of aviation refuellers with capacities of 27 KL and 45 KL, respectively. 3. Since both these Appeals arise out of separate Ar
