This is one of any number of cases which have been coming up before this Court in which we find that prayers for refixing seniority are made without impleading affected parties. 2. Yadav v State of U.P4 and Padam Singh Jhina v Union of India5, such petitions are being filed. We are not inclined to keep these petitions pending and allow impleadment at this stage. 3. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed for non-impleadment of necessary parties.
