We inquired into the detenue's date of birth, or so to speak, her age, in order to determine whether she is entitled to be set at liberty and left free to go wherever she likes and stay with whomsoever she wants. In compliance with the rule, the only affidavit that has been filed is an affidavit of compliance filed by the Investigating Officer of the case in a related crime.
