This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 28.01.2021 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 1817/2020, titled Smt. Indra Rani Sagar v. Government of NCT of Delhi & Anr., whereby the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein was allowed with the following directions: “19. The brief facts giving rise to the present petition are that the respondent joined the services of the petitioners as a Junior Stenographer on 13
