This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 23.05.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.660/2017, titled Const. Devender Singh v. Govt. of NCTD& Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the O.A. filed by the respondent herein. BRIEF FACTS OF THE PRESENT CASE: 2. The respondent, Devender Singh, was provisionally selected for appointment to the post of Constable (Executive) (Male) in the Delhi Police pursuant to the recruitment process conducted for the years 2011–2012, and he joined the force on 04.10.2012. 3. He was deputed for basic training at the Police Training School, Wazirabad, Delhi, with Batch No. 96. 4. Du
