Succinctly put, the facts leading to the above appeals are that the parties entered into two separate Agreements to Sell8 on 16.05.2005 and 17.05.2005 in respect of two separate commercial spaces bearing nos.F-39 and F-40 admeasuring 401.60 sq. ft. covered area and 617.85 sq.
