The Petitioner has approached this Court impugning the Order dated 15.10.2012 passed by the Commandant, Central Industrial Security Force [“CISF”] Unit, BHEL, Haridwar, Uttarakhand as well as the subsequent orders of the Appellate Authority dated 03.04.2013 and the Revisional Authority dated 09.07.2013, upholding the order dated 15.10.2012 passed by the Commandant.
