The present appeal is filed by the original claimants under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act, 1988”) being aggrieved and dissatisfied with the impugned judgment and award dated 03/09/2015 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Auxi), Vadodara in MACP No.277 of 2006. 2.
