The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief(s):- “a) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the order of dismissal dated 21.06.2024 from the Air Force Academy 2. The facts leading to the present petition are that the petitioner having cleared the National Defence Academy (NDA) entrance examination 2019, joined the Academy in 2020, and passed out on 30.05.2023 after completing his training. 3.
